The League of Women Voters of Lexington will focus on solar energy in this week’s installment of its First Friday Forum series of presentations at Cary Memorial Library. The program will address issues such as how residents can take advantage of programs that provide incentives for solar-panel installations, and what building code changes can lead to greater energy savings. The free event begins at 9:15 a.m. with coffee, to be followed by the presentation at 9:30 a.m. in the community meeting room at the library, 1874 Massachusetts Ave.
